Muay Thai - Class is usually divided into two parts - half warm-up, half technique. Proper muay thai technique is taught from basic stance and walking to punches, kicks and knees. Partner drills, bag work and pad work maybe in-corporated during class. Students new to the program are reminded to take their time and do as much as they can.
Panatukan (Filipino boxing) - This class will focus on the empty hand arts of Kali. In this art, students will learn how to punch, kick , use joint locks, throws and grapple. Our Panatukan is a sub-system of FCS Kali.
Silat - An Indonesian martial art, but also found in the Philippines. This art employs sweeps, throws, joint locks and striking from the standing position as well as the ground. Silat Our Silat is a sub-system of FCS Kali.
FCS KALI (FILIPINO COMBAT SYSTEMS) Is a highly sophisticated and comprehensive all rounded Martial art . FCS is Not Only A Weapons based System that incorporates stick,blade,sarong. But is also a highly advanced hand to hand Combat system as well That incorporates panatukan (Filipino boxing), Dumog (Filipino jujitsu, Ground Grappling), Sikaran (Filipino kicking methods), Kuntao & Silat.
